Office Cards?
I have been a part of many companies ever since I joined the work force, more than ten years back. I have already observed how each company would follow a different set of norms and standards. How each would have a different culture and how hard at first to adjust and make myself fit in their so-called working environment.
But I find my present work, a bit different. When I accepted the job offer, along with the contract they gave me an office card. It was a card welcoming me to the company and telling me how they are really happy that I am a part of their team. Of course, I find it very warm and comforting. It inspired me to do my best in all of my tasks and projects. It is through those words of encouragement that I am now continuously improving myself.
